Extract the text from a PDF and download it as an editable Word (.docx) file — free, and processed entirely in your browser.
This tool reads the text content of your PDF directly in your browser using PDF.js, then packages that text into a valid .docx file you can open and edit in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or LibreOffice. Nothing is uploaded to a server.
It's ideal when you need to quickly pull editable text out of a text-based PDF — for example, copying content from a report or article into a new document. It is not designed for scanned documents (image-only PDFs) or PDFs with complex multi-column layouts and tables, since those need more advanced OCR and layout analysis than a lightweight browser tool can provide.
